There are educational opportunities beginning at 9:45am with classes for all ages.
At 11:00am, a more contemporary service.
Bible Studies & Fellowship Events!
Mondays, Tuesdays and Saturday morning women's studies.
We welcome you to come visit with us for worship any Sunday or for one of our many activities through the week.
The entrance to our parking lot is along Graves road, just off of Route 41. Over 100 spaces are available in the main lot and overflow parking is available at the front of the adjoining soccer field.
Our Sunday morning worship services are aimed at providing a family-friendly opportunity to worship our Lord, the triune God. At both times a separate, supervised nursery is provided for children age 6 and under, featuring live audio of the service from the sanctuary. Activity bags are available for use in the sanctuary by children, helping them learn to enjoy participating in the service with the adults. An Assisted Listening system is available for those who need assistance with hearing.
Communion is celebrated at both service times and is open to all baptized believers. Children are invited to come to the altar to receive a blessing from the Pastor.
The 8:30 a.m. worship is a more traditional Lutheran Service with Holy Communion. The liturgy is based on one of the 10 settings offered in the new red hymnal. Our senior choir will normally lead the music, under the direction of our Director of Music.
The 11:00am worship is a blended service with a more contemporary setting. The music for this service features praise and traditional accompanied by guitar, piano and vocal musicians under the direction of our Director of Music.
A Sunday Church School program is offered (except during summer) for ages 2 through 6th grade using the Spark! curriculum. Students meet as a large group in the Sanctuary at 9:45am. Following the opening with music and story, students process to the classrooms where they meet in age-appropriate groups. Confirmation studies for 7th & 8th graders meet on Sundays at 9:45 as do the Sr. High youth.
Adult Studies are held at 9:45 a.m. on a rotating schedule throughout the year. Topics include the study of the bible, topical subjects and Lutheran studies. Check our publications for available classes & studies.
For a full list of activities, their times and contacts, please call the church office or pick up copies of The Grace Notes or The Scoop newsletter the next time you visit the church. The sanctuary is open for personal meditation during the normal office hours or through special request.
